NEC America NEW Warranty InformationRefurbished Purchases All refurbished equipment purchased will be free from defects caused by faulty material for a period of 1 year. New Purchases NEC America
warrants that the DS1000/2000 and NVM-Series products purchased as new
will be free from defects caused by faulty material for a period of
(12) months from the date of purchase from a supply company.
NEC America will advance
replace equipment through Supply Distributor Venders if there is an
equipment failure within 10 days after installation.
Except as stated above, NEC America has not made any and does
not hereby make any representations or warranty, express or implied,
with respect to the merchantability, performance suitability, or fitness
of the equipment for the supply dealers use. Most refurbished NEC products carry a one year warranty unless otherwise stated on your invoice. Repairs Equipment repaired by NEC America,
including the DS1000/2000 and *NVM-Series product line, will be free
from defects caused by faulty material or workmanship for a period of
twelve (12) months from date of shipment from the NEC factory, Whenever
an item is returned for in warranty repair, it will receive a new (12)
month warranty when it is returned for in-warranty repair. Return Policy NEC Phone Equipment returned for any reason will be subject to a full refund of the purchase price less the 20% re-stocking fee, shipping and handling fees, and charges for any installation services or services delivered. All out of the box returns will be at a buy back basis only. |
