A timed reminder can be set to wake up or alert a guest to start the day or for an important meeting at any time of the day or night.

Hotel Console Phone

In most cases the Hotel Console Phone with multiple buttons is not necessary any longer. The addition of a display phone with caller ID will alert the innkeeper as to whom is calling in. The Hotel Console Phone was needed in the early days of hotel communications to the hotel receptionist or the innkeeper was able to tell what room is calling in.

NEC Automated Attendant

Can route most calls to guests, administrative personal on the hotel receptionist without the need of human intervention. If needed a NEC Hotel Console Can be added at any time.
